Who needs spiritual direction? I think we all do. Although spirituality can be very broad, a christian spiritual director can help you make sense of things in your life as they relate to your eternal life. Do you have a spiritual director? Are you meeting with someone or a group that can help you in your christian walk? We don't have to do this alone. Take time to sort things out with a good spiritual director. Someone that will not judge, give advice or perceive anything. Someone that will meet you where you are currently in your life.
